Plan and implement strategies that necessary to build and develop our Digital Capability and achieve competitive excellence in Customer Engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a roadmap for the strategy implementation and in collaboration with peers and the leadership team drive execute the plan
• Improve digital capabilities in the organization
• In collaboration with the marketing develop product specific customer engagement strategies
• In collaboration with Medical Affairs develop medical education and disease awareness programs
• Ensure alignment with global digital, AI and customer engagement strategy
• Develop and manage BI tools (QLIK), CRM system (Veeva) as well as other core systems and data management

- 必須

Mandatory:
• Experience managing Veeva CRM, QLIK
• People management experience
• Experience in digital marketing
• Have the right attitude and is ready for steep learning curve in a new industry
• English:Business level
• Japanese: Fluent – Native level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
Preferred skills and experience:
• Pharma experience
• Prior experience with digital/omnichannel marketing in Pharma
• Pharma related industries such as but not limited to Salesforce, Veeva, AKTANA, IQVIA, LEK or ZS
• Regulated BtB industries such as medical devices, food supplements, medical equipment etc.
