A multinational personal care products manufacturer is seeking a Principal Scientist, Medical and Safety Sciences.Responsibilities:
* Lead KOL engagements, educational programs, and medical messaging
* Build and maintain relationships with KOLs to deliver impactful scientific content
* Collaborate with external stakeholders at forums and events to promote product relevance
* Share new scientific content with key stakeholders including KOLs and health authorities
* Conduct training sessions for internal teams on product science
* Partner with R&D teams to develop product claims and communications
* Support commercial events through live demos and Q&A sessions
* Ensure timely and high-quality responses to medical inquiries in compliance with policies
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of experience in KOL management, external management, science communications in oral care and skin health
* Experience in driving thought-leadership and KOL advocacy
* Prior experience developing and administering training programs within the oral care and healthcare industries
* Excellent project, budget, and time management
* Proficient In verbal and written English
