An international luxury goods company is searching for a Senior Event Planner.Responsibilities:
* Create an event brief and define event objectives based on company strategy and annual business plan
* Explore new venues for implementing appropriate events for press, clients and general consumers
* Organise the logistics and mechanics for events effectively
* Comply with legal, insurance, health and safety regulations at all times
* Execute events and sales promotions seamlessly in a consistent manner
* Evaluate potential risks and develop contingency plans as well as troubleshoot any issues that arise on event day
* Build an understanding of our guests and oversee guest experiences from conception
* Research and analyse events of competitors and best practices
Requirements:
* Prior project management experience
* Proven success in event production or management
* Experience in the luxury or retail industry is preferred
* Proficient in MS Office
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Native level Japanese; business level English (French is a plus)
