A global telecommunications network company is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager.Responsibilities:
* Implement and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales
* Develop and manage an editorial calendar for consistent, relevant content across platforms
* Collaborate with internal teams to manage social selling and improve brand reputation
* Monitor social media platforms, moderate user-generated content, and manage customer service strategies
* Analyse social media analytics to improve traffic and customer engagement
* Ensure compliance with legal and security standards, managing intellectual property rights
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or PR
* Prior experience in team management or leadership
* Experience with Outlook and MS Teams
* Proficient in project management, BI tools, web analytics, and MS Office Suite
* Business level Japanese
