A renowned hospitality company is looking for a Director of Rooms.Responsibilities:
* Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to meet company standards
* Achieve and monitor hotel profit and operational objectives
* Oversee the recruitment and induction of department heads and assistant department heads
* Ensure proper staffing and daily payroll control, including casual labour management
* Address guest complaints and ensure high-quality guest interactions, including VIP arrangements
* Coordinate daily operations with other departments to ensure smooth hotel activities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in a related field
* More than 5 years of senior management experience in an international hotel
* Practical experience in leading hotel operations and managing multiple departments
* Solid administrative skills with the ability to manage budgets and P&L reports
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant computer applications
* Possess valid certifications related to the role
* Fluent level written and verbal English
