【業務内容詳細】
-Reports to General Manager
-6 staff in team
-Lead, inspire, motivate, and develop a professional Supply Chain team.
-Improve sales forecasts by developing planning strategies
-Manage the forecasting process with the Sales team.
-Ensure timely procurement from overseas/Japan production sites by addressing constraints -Maintain optimal stock levels and minimize obsolete stock.
-Develop a cost-effective and efficient supply chain network from production sites to customers.
-Ensure efficient production planning at multiple local production sites through strong relationships with contracted manufacturers.
-Negotiate and manage local procurement of raw and packaging materials to optimize local production costs.
-Address customer complaints related to supply chain management issues.
-Initiate, support, and manage continuous supply chain improvements in areas such as material flow, cost reduction, and lead time compression
-Implement and lead a monthly S&OP process with relevant stakeholders.
-Manage and interpret supply chain KPIs, providing impact and root cause analysis on a monthly basis, and take corrective actions as needed.

-University Degree.
-10+ years of relevant SCM experience, particularly in planning and logistics
-Minimum 5-10 years of people/team management experience.
-Fluent in Japanese and English.
-Proficient in ICT: MRP/ERP (especially SAP), MS Office, and Power BI.
-Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and drive alignment toward common goals.
-Process-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and results.
-Skilled in Project and Program management.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to changing demands.
-Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis, with excellent problem-solving skills.
-Demonstrates strategic agility.
-Strong customer-facing capabilities.
-People management skills: Able to develop direct reports and build effective teams.
-Strong listening and communication skills, empathy, and ability to build peer relationships.
