An international hardware manufacturer is seeking a Section Manager Finance.Responsibilities:
* Influence accounting treatment of business unit contracts with cross-functional teams
* Establish controls for month-end close, financial reporting, and SOX activities
* Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for program accounting
* Review journal entries and reconciliations prepared by other team members
* Support requests from internal and external audit teams, including drafting accounting memos
* Partner with strategic account Sales and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant domain is ideal
* Experience in finance or accounting
* Prior experience with percentage of completion accounting
* Familiarity with accounting or financial systems
* Proficient in MS Excel
