A global wellness products company is seeking an IT Support Generalist.Responsibilities:
* Install and maintain hardware and software for local staff
* Provide technical support and resolve IT issues
* Coordinate IT-related communication with global offices
* Diagnose and address Tier II technical issues
* Document support requests and solutions in ticketing systems
* Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in IT support or a relevant role
* Experience with IT tools (ticketing systems, remote desktop, and diagnostic software)
* Understanding of security practices and tools for ensuring data protection and compliance
* Skilled in Windows and macOS operating systems
* Prior experience in IT support at a business company is a plus
* Proven experience in the MLM industry is preferred
* Business level English and Japanese
