- A Quality Engineer position is now open in a multinational automobile manufacturer. The selected applicant will set up and implement testing infrastructure and testing surroundings. This is a hybrid setup role.

A Quality Engineer position is now open in a multinational automobile manufacturer.Responsibilities:
* Understand the needs and expectations of Japanese customers
* Regular communication with product management and technical service teams
* Monitor market trends from technology and society perspective
* Facilitate vehicle preparation and handling before, during and after QM test drives
* Oversee testing and validation of QM releases
* Project management including organisation of testing schedules for multiple projects
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering (automotive industry focusing on high voltage systems or connected digital features is ideal)
* More than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry at an OEM or supplier
* Technical understanding of EE vehicle architectures and high voltage systems in vehicles including the battery and the electrical drive train
* Experience in customer relationship management is preferred
* Knowledge of the architecture of cloud-based applications is desirable
* Native level Japanese; proficient in English (German is a plus)
