- Company is looking for a Lead inspector to train junior inspectors and liaise directly with customers and take the lead in inspection projects.

Responsible for day-to-day activities within assigned region, as well as for maintenance of quality, content, consistency and continuity of inspection work1. Assists in the development of short- and long-range business plans and related annual operating and capital expense budgets.
2. Resolve work related client issues including scope of work, quality of work and billing.
3. Conduct client field inspections as needed.
4. Stays actively informed concerning business and management developments affecting present and potential customers of assigned region. Ensures that appropriate action is taken to capitalize on marketing opportunities as they present themselves.
5. Assists in the development of short- and long-range manpower needs based on the projected business climate in order to ensure that qualified, trained staff are available as needs arise.
6. Ensures that the staff is organized and staffed appropriately to carry out the business plan and budget, as approved, in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards.
7. Ensures Company Quality System requirements with regard to work within the region are fulfilled.
8. Keeps informed of the product and service capabilities of Company Consulting Services, identifies improvement and developmental needs, takes action to capitalize on prospective market opportunities, and makes recommendations for technology or technical tools and manpower skills necessary to implement new and improved products and services.
9. Monitors the delivery and quality of services to customers in terms of customer satisfaction.
10. Actively promotes the services and capabilities of Company to customers and monitors the execution of similar activities by subordinates.
11. Monitors the utilization of the staff within assigned region on billable and essential non-billable work. Takes appropriate action to relieve workload imbalances and monitors over- or under-utilization of staff.
12. May serve as Account Manager to designated customers and potential customers and actively promotes the services and capabilities of Company throughout the business community.

1. Strong customer service skills; value customers and communicates with them in a professional manner.
2. Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with each levels of personnel.
3. Must have equipment inspection experience
4. Good to have NDT (Non Destructive Testing) and welding knowledge and experience
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is required, with strong skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
