An international auto parts manufacturer is looking for a Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
* Prepare and validate commercial offers
* Manage and mentor a team of Sales Engineers
* Oversee sales and ensure profitability
* Lead sales aspects of multiple programs
* Execute acquisition strategies and lead negotiations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering
* More than 10 years of professional experience
* Experience as Sales Engineer or Manager of Tier 1
* Prior experience in acquisition and program sales implementation
* Possess a valid driver's licence
* Native level Japanese; business level English
