-Responsible for operations of M&E equipment to ensure compliance with HSE and statutory requirements Perform routine maintenance non-critical M&E equipment.
-Supervise maintenance work executed by Vendors to ensure safe and quality works are delivered Install and repair small facilities matters.
-Organize repair job quotation and negotiate scope, cost and time with vendor.
-Implement required equipment moves, adds and changes
-Keep detailed records on all maintenance and repairs

2+ years’ experience as Mechanical or Electrical Facilities Technician in a facilities or maintenance role;
JLPT N1,
