Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:
•Organize accounts payable, closing process, financial reporting, and accounting operation
•Maintain adequate internal control
•Meet local and international requirements of accounting, tax and legal
You’ll grow your experience in working with others such as:
•Financial Services team members
•Business Planning & Control department
•IS&T department
•Internal Control & Organization department
•Store Managers and Store Operation teams
•Bank, Insurance broker
Your main areas of responsibilities will be:
•Accounts Payable (AP)
•Treasury
•Insurance
•Provide helpful information to other departments and stores
•Offer training sessions to store/office colleagues
•Special projects as required.
•Support team members in other finance processes.

Job Requirements:
•University Degree in Economic/Finance/Business major
•Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in operational company
•Proficient in MS Excel
•Experience in retail business is a plus
•Native level Japanese AND Business level English
