当社Account部に所属して頂きます。現在Account部は2名。今後更なる案件受注に向けて2-3名増加の予定です。今回の募集は100%同ブランド担当としてご活躍頂きます。
- 仕事内容

Account Supervisor（スタッフポジション）グローバルでも重要なクライアントである高級車ブランド担当Account Supervisorとして、クラアントの360度のコミュニケーション（デジタル～雑誌、CM、イベント、キャンぺーン等）に携わって頂きます。
単なる一広告プランナーでは無く、クライアントサイドのブランドマネージャーとタッグを組み、同ブランドのブランドコミュニケーションに入り込んでいただく動きとなります。
当社Account Supervisorでありながら、クライアントのブランド担当としてのクライアントオフィス（都内）でも勤務していただく可能性がございます。
広告代理店の枠を超え、クライアントサイドのブランドマネージャーの右腕として360度コミュニケーションに携わって頂きます。

Job Description:
Account Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned clients/brands.
Provides day-to-day clients strategic recommendations and ensures seamless delivery to meet clients' scope of work.
・ Maintain agency reputation to achieve sustainable relationship with clients
・ Drive to deliver high quality day-to-day agency service (strategy, content and media)
・ Design better workflow between client, internal team and external partners to generate operational efficiencies and healthy working environment.
・ Develop new business with client by delivering values of the agency.
Responsibilities:
・ Working with multiple clients and manages multiple projects from start to finish with an eye towards ensuring strategy and creative integrity is carried through execution. (lead day-to-day project management)
・ Inquisitive about responding to client requests and making agency recommendations
・ Developing communication/execution plan by utilizing exiting / extending internal and external capabilities.
・ Developing operational procedures and processes for the program/project and execute it (including facilitation, coordination of meeting with stakeholders)
・ Oversee the development of measurement and metric/KPI plans.
・ Engage in day-to-day meaningful discussions/problem solving with clients and stakeholders to lead the program/project moves toward the right direction.

- 必須
-
・ Verbal and written communication skills for both English (TOIEC 800 or above) and Japanese
・ Experience in working with multi-national Regional/Global teams.
・ Good client communication skills (consultation and problem solving skills)
・ Familiarity with customer insights and brand management.
・ Strong project management skills.
・ Good attention to details with proven ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously.
・ Great understanding of marketing asset production process in different formats. (Video, Print, Digital, CGI)
・ Well established knowledge and experience of digital marketing and communication.
・ Team player, self-starter, contributor.
・ Automotive client experience is a plus
