【業務内容詳細】
Position will oversee HR Operations for the company covering wide tasks in both planning and execution of HR related services for employees. The goal for this position is to maximize operational excellence within HR operations and also find and implement improvements to HR processes.
- Compensation and Benefits: Planning and administration

- Internal customer service: Supporting employee inquiries with team, providing an efficient
- HR database and software management
- HR data management: time, attendance, leave, etc
- Analysis and reporting
- Payroll and social insurance vendor management

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 8+ years relevant HR experience (HR Operations and/or C&B focused experience preferred)
- Stong communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Ability to work independently
