【業務内容詳細】
This role will be tasked with supporting business leaders and employees in various sectors as an HR BP. You will be responsible for communicating with leaders, understanding challenges, and providing solutions for HR initiatives.
- Provide advice and consulting to various managers and employees on HR topics and solutions to business challenges through HR initiatives
- Implement and localize global projects
- Drive overall HR goals into specific actions and plans
- Work as both a strategic but hands-on business partner
- Support continuous development of HR activities

- 必須

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 5+ years experience in HR (for more junior level HR BP role) or 8+ years relevant HR experience, including as an HR BP / Manager (for Sr. HR BP role)
- Stong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Teamwork attitude
- Ability to analyze and utilize data
- Good business acumen and ability to understand challenges and find HR solutions
