仕事内容
We are seeking a dynamic and experience Executive Assistant to support our leaders.
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones, including setting up meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
• Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, and ensure timely and accurate responses
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and other documents, and assist with research and analysis as needed
• Serve as a liaison between our executives and internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
• Support and coordinate special projects, events, and initiatives, and ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met
• Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics
応募資格
必須
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting senior leaders in a global and fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization and external partners
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies and systems as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Fluency in English
