This multinational company is looking for a Group Manager for Commercial Excellence.1 Sales Operation
* Sales data management to support sales activities
* Distributor management in quality management, compliance, and rebate contracts
* Sales Programs / Financial Programs for distributors & Hospital/Clinics
* Prepare Sales Incentive program
* Sales campaigns
1 SFE
* Analyze sales performance and reports to support strategy planning
* Lead and enhance SFE & CRM data management & efficiency
* Improve sales processes and tools
1 Commercial Operation
* Design and monitor commercial approach and translate strategic objectives into operational plans
* Support local SCM by collaborating with Sales & Marketing, Planning and Delivery team
* Optimize Shipment, Consignment, and Inventory management
* Improve efficiency in commercial operation
1 Sales Training
* Manage the development and implementation of the sales training, product training
* Guide sales management on training
1 Strategic Planning & Execution
* Generate commercial strategy and business plan
* Lead strategic planning initiatives
* Market & business insights, opportunity & risk assessment
* Develop KPIs and Generate business performance reports
1 People Development & Commercial Excellence Organization
* Maintain strong team engagement

- This multinational company is looking for a Group Manager for Commercial Excellence who can improve commercial and operational efficiency within the company through data, SFE tools, and training.

Education:
Bachelor Degree(MBA or equivalent experience preferred)
Experience:
* Commercial Experience in Sales / Marketing for 5-7 years minimum in Healthcare Industry
* Management experience of a team (more than 3 team members)
* Business strategy & planning experience
* CRM/SFE tool & data management and deployment experience
* Data driven business planning experience for more than 3 years
Language
Fluent English and Fluent Japanese
Required Skills:
* Presentation skill including creating support material (PPT slides)
* Identify the key factors that give impacts to the business and build those findings in business operation
* Balance short-term and long-term priorities to achieve business goals
* Create business foundation and environment that enables a sustainable growth by utilizing digital approaches
* Collaborate across divisions and take a lead of Cross Functional team as required to maximize/optimize business opportunities
* Provide deep insights from data analysis and experience and leadership through innovative approaches for making impact in the businesses
* Giving proactive and constructive feedback to team members and business partners to help them grow
