Project Management
The Project Manager is required to coordinate thermal power plant construction execution with a certaion of technical knowledge, maintain customer/partner relationship with engineerign team, and support preparation of authority permit.
1 To execute project, coordinate the conflict between site work and engineering team
2 To establish the good relationship with the customers' working team at site and management team
3 Find good compromise all stake holders can accept to execute projects and lead all to the compromize
4 Support to prepare government/local authority construction permit with partners

Techniques
技能（技術力、手法、専門知識）
Bachelor's degree from an university or college, preferably in a relevant Business or Engineering discipline
Strong Knowledge of the products, such as electrical/I&Cs and turbines
Strong interpersonal communication, be very customer focused and team player
Good communication skill including written and oral English and Japanese
Customer oriented and growth mindset
Excellent negotiation & Project Management kills
