Brand ManagerJob Purpose:
• Win in the market and gain value market share for a brand, underpinned by strong brand equity growth and new consumer recruitment
Principle Accountabilities:
⚫ Brand Strategy and Planning
• Define objective and best allocate resources via conducting touchpoint planning to meet business & consumer challenges for both short and mid-long term
⚫ Activation planning and implementation
• Strengthen equity, momentum and image of the brand via Digital/Social Media, PR/Publicity, Digital Activation, Brand Experience (incl. online seminars), New Product Launch/Restages and ATL in Traditional Media
⚫ Project Management
• Collaborate cross functionally to drive projects on time, on budget & on brand
• Manage brand’s A&P and handle external agency
⚫ New Brand Introduction
• Write compelling Business Case with clear business and consumer rationale with appropriate pricing and timing that fits with customer business cycle

Academic Requirement:
⚫ A degree at a bachelor’s level
Professional Experience Required:
⚫ Minimum of 5 years of experience on client side is desirable for Consumer Brand Management at a global company (luxury, lifestyle brand, FMCG, etc)
⚫ Digitally savvy
⚫ Interest in Wine & Spirits, Food is a plus
Language
⚫ Both English & Japanese (strong business proficiency in written and verbal communication) are required
