The role focuses on managing side of the core competencies while requires the candidate to oversee the effective implementation and maintenance of Quality System within the company and ensuring awareness and continual improvement across local organization.
The candidate will be responsible for carrying out operations within limits of delegated responsibility and for making operations concerning the Quality Management System on daily basis. Fulfilling duties as a manager to deliver high performance and effectiveness.

Quality Assurance position in Nutrition division at Abbott JapanResponsibilities
・ Management of product complaint processes. Liaise with business and manufacturing plants for complaint investigation and relevant CAPA implementation.
・ Coordinate with business teams for all post auditing activities and lead, drive the execution of corrective actions and preventive actions, ensuring the timely closure of CAPA actions.
・ Perform Management Review and propose initiatives for quality performance improvement.
・ Monitor and ensure release for sale of all products which conform to the company and local regulatory requirements and specifications.
・ Develop and maintain Quality Agreements and records for all Ingredient suppliers/Third Party Warehouse/Packing (TPW) sites. Approve or reject products over-labelled by TPWs by reviewing and auditing of batch relevant documentations.
・ Provide guidance and advice, as requested, on the development and implementation of quality systems in the relevant departments in the company.
・ Develop, review, release, and maintain Quality System related SOPs.
・ Coordinating, organizing, and/or executing/ supervising all internal/external and surveillance audits of the company.
・ Facilitate to ensure Quality management of Distributors per request.
・ Coordinate and implement product field actions (recalls, safety alerts etc.).
・ Provide or coordinate trainings on Quality Assurance requirements.

・ Minimum Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Pharmacy or Nutrition/Food related discipline.
・ 3 or more years working in the quality management or related filed or positions.
