- 仕事内容

• General accounting/bookkeeping for the company and SPCs (GKs) investing in renewable energy
• Prepare monthly books for local tax purposes
• Prepare monthly IFRS financial statements
• Monthly variance analysis with budget
• Work with Singapore HQ Finance team for consolidation and investor reporting
• Reconcile bank balances and intercompany balances on a monthly basis for SPCs and asset management companies
• Prepare consumption tax and corporate tax filings in cooperation with external tax advisors
• Support the annual audit for SPCs
• Assist in developing accounting system and procedure in cooperation with head of Finance
• Other duties as reasonably requested by CFO and other Finance managers
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
• More than 3 years of SPC Accounting or Fund Accounting experience (renewable energy, real estate, investment banks, banks, etc.)
• Practical experience in Japan or US CPA
• IFRS accounting/audit experience
• A relatively large international company’s organization with complex experience in a growing company
• Experience in process improvement
• Financial analysis and managing plan / budget experience are a plus
• Proactive, passionate, flexible to changes and relentlessly resourceful
• Easy to deal with ambiguity and can adopt quickly in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
• Team player and good communication skills
• Diligent accountant who does detailed and accurate work
