The key purpose of this role is to provide operational and tactical HR support to internal clients within the APAC region. The role is also required to partner with global HR colleagues in the implementation and maintenance of global HR programs, processes and policies. In providing HR services, the HR Manager must ensure compliance with local employment laws and employment policies.

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a HR professional within a similar role.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with varying levels of priority and urgency.
• Strong knowledge of Japan’s employment legislation.(Preferred)
• Bilingual, fluent speaking and writing Japanese and English.
