One of the world's leading energy manufacturer is looking to fill a QA Manager position.Responsibilities:
* Oversee escalation procedures when needed
* Evaluate customer complaints on a regular basis
* Work with external partners to mitigate customer issues
* Implement quality management strategies to ensure complaints resolution
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in electrical or electronics engineering
* 5+ years of IPC and touch panel design or quality assurance experience
* 5+ years of complaint management experience
* Expertise in solving quality concerns
* Familiarity with ISO approach
* Written and oral English and Japanese proficiency
* Valid permission to work in Japan
