A multinational software company is searching for a Support Analyst.Responsibilities:
* Identify and troubleshoot technical issues
* Conduct trainings on how to use the application
* Communicate the status of open requests to stakeholders
* Perform UAT
* Serve as a primary contact for configuration updates
* Engage in process improvements
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 3+ years of experience in software application support in clinical trials or a related area
* Experience in information technology or RTSM support
* Ability to troubleshoot and manage issues
* Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
