A globally recognised provider of IT services is looking for a Customer Service Executive.Responsibilities:
* Establish sustainable relationships with clients
* Oversee operational-related customer communications
* Prepare SLA documents for clients
* Handle customer interactions using internal systems
* Maintain accuracy of order entries, dispatches, and invoices
* Share customer requirements across internal functions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 3+ years of work experience in a similar position
* Previous experience in logistics
* Working knowledge of IT tools and software
* Knowledge of customer support processes particularly in order management and deliveries
* Excellent documentation and reporting skills
