One of the world's biggest tech companies is hiring a Legal Counsel.Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and mentoring to teams
* Forecast and analyse complex legal issues
* Oversee strategic partnerships with external counsels
* In charge of drafting new policies and agreements
* Build relationships with organisations and promote company vision
* Implement new tools and processes to boost operational efficiency
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or completion of a legal apprenticeship
* 10+ years of experience as a practising attorney or equivalent
* Active licence to practice law in Japan and other jurisdictions
* 1+ years of managerial experience is ideal
* In-house counselling background is preferred
* English proficiency
