An R&D Formulator position is now available at one of the most well-known luxury companies around the world.Responsibilities:
* Define customer needs and product trends in the designated area
* Develop an innovation centre to support tailored product development
* Ensure successful deployment of innovation projects in the assigned region
* Identify innovative raw materials
* Present data and prototypes to facilitate key decision-making
* Align global projects with customer needs in the designated region
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 3+ years of skincare product development experience
* Scientific understanding of cosmetics technologies
* In-depth knowledge of cosmetic markets
* Skilled in MS Office
* Proficient in Japanese; written and oral English proficiency (TOEIC 550+)
