Overall objective of this position is to make sure the successful launch and achieve sales target of our product by managing sales team with flowless execution of sales activities aligning with marketing strategy & tactics.
・Lead Sales Department by direct managing 8 Sales Managers under ~80 Sales reps.
・Responsible for In-Market sales target achievement.
・Work closely together with ComEx.
・Responsible for following Optimal Promotion Guidelines among Sales Department.
・Responsible for following Pharmavovisillance procedures among Sales Department.
・Plan and implement regional activities with Sales managers.
・Monitor and oversight of activities /budget.
・Visit customers and maintain key accounts.
・Report customer response to Marketing and related stakeholders.
・Other relevant tasks to Sales Director
・At least 10 years experiences in pharmaceutical industry
・At least 5 years experiences in Sales Manager/Director
