- Support learning specialist both in planning and implementation of house’s onboarding programs with high attendees’ satisfaction.
- Handle the team administration appropriately to maximize the output of the team members in terms of efficiency.
- Handle the translation review from central Retail Learning (in Paris) in cooperation with category team members.
- Drive blended learning by supporting in creation of digital learning contents in local.
Support Onboarding
- Communication between participants, logistics coordination, participants follow-up before/after sessions, contents localization, installation planning etc.
Handle Team Administration
- Logistics for the team activities such as the procurement and the freight of training materials, manual update, sample product inventory, survey creation
etc.
Optimize Learning contents
- Translation review, correspondent with central team, digital learning contentscreation and installment etc.

■Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Over 2 years of store/retail experiences
- Intermediate level of English capability (ex. TOEIC over 750 pts)
- Good PC skill (Microsoft Office)
