Salary
~6M JPY + Bonus (Assistant)
~9M JPY + Bonus (Manager)
Your new role consists of all things below, with strong hands on experience and knowledge in W&J as well as other categories: Homeware, stationery, LG.
==========================
Manager:
・ Developing/executing merchandising activities: buying, assortment planning, allocation, inventory management, trend/market analysis
・ Working closely with the Merchandising Director, retail store managers, and the HQ to implement localised strategies
・ Team management experience
・ Retail team training with regards to seasonal new products
・ Bilingual in Japanese and English

Assistant:
・ Assisting with developing/executing merchandising activities
・ Retail team training with regards to seasonal new products
・ Assisting with trunk shows and other events
・ Bilingual in Japanese and English
