Our company have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Account Management to join our Japan team. The role is responsible for managing existing accounts including a group of eight multi-million dollar industry associations and government departments. Manage a team of six senior account to achieve company growth objectives.
【DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES】
• Manage a portfolio of existing large CBT programs in the finance, insurance, language education and IT segments
• Negotiate and secure renewals
• Drive and direct high-quality client services
• Lead/manage renewal/retention strategies and RFP responses, solution development, pricing proposals, contract negotiations.
• Recommend pricing and understand margin and profitability impact.
• Build good relationship and create collaborative network with headquarter and other international counterparts
• Lead client work stream of new client implementation projects with willingness to be hands-on

- 必須

• Proven large account client services leadership
• Proven relationship management/development skills with senior execs at large domestic industry associations
• Mastery of government, public sector, association RFP and procurement processes and the techniques and strategies to ensure award
• Strong, confident experienced leader of leaders
• Good English language skills
• Knowledge of CBT, psychometrics, learning, training and education a plus but not required
