A multinational internet company is looking to fill a Head of SMB position. In this role, you will be accountable for defining market needs in accordance with global commercial strategies to support company growth.
仕事内容
A multinational internet company is looking to fill a Head of SMB position.
Responsibilities:

* Create comprehensive strategies for sales staff to increase productivity
* Assist with the implementation of local and global cross-functional programs
* Understand SMB requirements and market trends in Japan
* Define KPIs to identify risk and business opportunities
* Recommend solutions to enhance SMB performance
* Partner with internal business partners to evaluate and improve current sales procedures

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above
* 6+ years of experience working in the payment, financial services, eCommerce, retail, or strategy consulting sector
* 5+ years of experience in business strategy or commercial management
* Practical experience in Salesforce
* Advanced quantitative and analytical skills
* Fluent level Japanese and English
