- 仕事内容

■Responsibilities:
● Plan and deliver online &Office CRM strategy for the Japanese market, with a view of retaining existing customers, improving customer experience, increasing repeat visitation and growing qualified databases
● Localize EDM promotions and contents, and optimize all activities with evidence-based analysis including A/B testing
● Delivery of all CRM activities for the business to meet agreed KPIs – including direct mail, SMS marketing, mobile messaging, loyalty program in line with marketing calendars for the brand.
● Leverage campaign results to run the planning and testing process to continuously drive increased customer interest, conversion, sales, and profitability across segments and channels
● Plan and execute EDM campaigns to further generate revenues from the existing customers
● Update EDM Report on a regular basis
● Plan and improve customer's experience by localizing site UI/UX
● Assist in monthly reporting

■Skills & Experience:
● Fluent in Japanese, business level in English in verbal and written communication skills.
● 2+ years of relevant experience in CRM specialist or Email Marketing
● Experience in marketing, e-commerce or consumer products is preferred
● Strong understanding of the Japanese market is MUST
● Proven ability to optimize CRM programs which drive revenue and strong understanding of email best practices
● Passionate about technology, fashion and lifestyle brands
● Analytical mind set, detail oriented, good with numbers and capable to optimize the available resources
● Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to cope with changes
● Highly logical, systematic and organized
● Great problem-solving and interpersonal skills
