* Aid in creating and translating training materials, templates, and internal policies
* Conduct relevant training for team members
* Track the performance of customer service personnel
* Conduct performance analysis and create reports on a regular basis
* Recommend new approaches to improve operations and customer experience
* Assist in defining the company's customer service strategy
Requirements:
* 3+ years of work experience as a customer service manager
* Understanding of relevant customer service tools and technologies
* Advanced analytical skills
* Ability to resolve problems and lead teams
* MS Office competency
* Written and verbal Japanese and English proficiency
