A multinational consumer goods organisation is looking for a Business Communication Manager.Responsibilities:
* Create internal communication strategies to drive organisational effectiveness
* Assess the effectiveness of internal communication programs
* Drive continuous improvement of internal communications
* Build relationships with cross-functional teams
* Maintain the company's corporate image
* Assist the group manager in implementing external communication strategies
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in corporate communications along with legal and external affairs, and marketing
* Expertise in global corporate issues, communications strategy development, and cross-functional objective setting
* In-depth knowledge of the tobacco sector
* Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
* Advanced strategic planning skills
* Fluent level English; written and verbal Japanese proficiency
