■Overview:
The Regional Assistant Marketing Manager will lead the implementation of the global marketing strategy for all local brand initiatives ensuring that their specific market has the necessary tools to create compelling and effective programs and materials to support brand initiatives and launches. Overseeing all marketing areas, including Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing (including Social and CRM), Wholesale and Retail, and Media. A result driven approach is essential – combined with a wide cultural understanding that can be applied to innovative new work. The role requires a deep understanding of brand and customer mindset specifically in Japan.

- 必須
-
・5+ years marketing and digital marketing experience; preferably with a similar or larger organization
・Knowledge of the fashion industry and market trends
・Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
・Profound experience of marketing activities in the retail industry
・Proficient in PC/Windows, Microsoft Office, digital tools
・Familiarity with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
・Good organizing skills with attention to details
・Ability to independently organize, analyse and prioritize broad workload to meet deadlines
・High skill in English (TOEIC: over 800 or equivalent)
・Travelling to other areas in Japan is required
・Exceptional understanding of the luxury fashion industry and the retail business in selected market
