A leading technology firm is searching for an Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee the sales cycle
* Define customer needs and boost customer satisfaction
* Share insights to internal departments like engineering and marketing
* Ensure forecast reliability
* Optimise digital tools to deliver product demos to clients
* Identify areas of growth opportunities
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in mid-market software sales
* Prior selling experience with enterprise B2B software applications
* Experience selling on-demand, SaaS security or IT infrastructure management solution to technical users is preferred
* Strong sales skills
* Knowledge of technology
