Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Director – Japan, The Marketing Manager will be fully responsible for conceiving strategic marketing action plan, to coordinate the products planning of animations and launches within marketing department and with other departments, based on very close communication with Paris HQ. He/she will manage product managers’ activities on each product line. This position is to supervise 4 staffs.
■Key responsibility 1:Implement strategic marketing plan and actions
・Conceive and plan yearly strategic marketing plan around new product launches and possible animation / promotion.
・Take initiative to communicate with Paris HQ and to involve other department to set up effective and creative action plans.
・Prepare yearly budget and sales construction of all product lines and to recommend A&P budget planning to maximize business impact.
・Proven track record in B to C marketing, preferably in luxury retail industry.
・Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive, engaging and motivating with others in a consistent manner both in English and Japanese.
・Focuses on information needed to decide and move forward.
・Identifies the causes and connections between important issues and situations.
・Focuses others on priorities coherent with the long-term vision regardless of the volume of work.
