- Act as a company representative within the assigned territory to manage sales target on a quarterly and annual basis
- Act as sales team member to develop and execute effective strategies and tactics to improve diagnosis/treatment/adherence of target disease area with accurate tracking of KPI.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with Key External Stakeholders including: Pediatricians, Pediatric Orthopedists, Pediatric Endocrinologists, Pediatric Neurologists and Co-Medical staff (i.e., nurses, genetic counselors, and ancillary staff).
- Communicate with customers in a sound, professional and scientific manner
- Ability to manage multiple prefectures territory with diverse customer base.
- Travel is required and will range from 40% - 60% of responsibilities\
- Reporting directly to Country Head

- At least 4 years of Sales experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries
- Driver’s License required
- Must be able to travel to Tokyo
- Sales experience with Universities or Large Hospitals
- Reading/Writing English ability is a must (listening is highly preferred)
- Motivated, flexible, adaptable mindset
