A multinational sports media agency is searching for a Customer Service Manager.Responsibilities:
* Liaise with QA and training teams to drive program efficiency
* Share customer feedback and advice internally
* Adopt best practices to customer complaints
* Achieve KPI and SLA goals
* Build rapport with key external stakeholders
* Identify customer pain points and conduct analysis
Requirements:
* Prior managerial experience in customer support centre, ideally with a B2B media company
* Experience in line management, recruitment, performance, planning and process assessment
* Analytical skills
* Expertise in Salesforce
* Bilingual level English and Japanese
