■Background & Mission
There is an urgent need to proactively approach good talents and upgrade the organization, without being bounded by existing hiring sources.
The priority is to place qualified level of people on time, as required by the business. In addition, this role is expected to raise our recognition in the sense of Employer of Choice, to attract talents with excellent skills and high potential, for our future organizational development.
■Responsibilities
⚫ Define and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy for all hiring activity across the area of responsibility,for both store & office positions
⚫ Monitor FTE evolution and forecast the hiring needs in collaborating with People Partners (PP).
⚫ Develop and introduce unique sourcing strategies and hiring plans for specific requisitions. Reflect them on to recruiting budget and propose.
⚫ Build strong business knowledge and integrate into strategies for sourcing and attracting talents

⚫ Solid expertise of talent acquisition; identify and source right candidates, screen and interview for all level of positions, ideally in Retail industry.
⚫ Experience and demonstrated creative thinking in HR projects. Sense of commitment to the organization and passion for placing candidates.
⚫ Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, cross-group collaboration, and high level of Japanese/English language ability.
