An exciting technology organisation is in need of a Tier 2 Support Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Share updates during the issue resolution progress
* Handle cases and tickets
* Collaborate with other teams in ticket resolution
* Update teammates and internal documents with new information
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams
* Establish strong business relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing support position
* Software support experience
* Strong customer service skills
* Technical troubleshooting skills
* Experience in video application or platform support
* Fluent level English and Japanese
