An exciting energy and automation solutions organisation is searching for an HR Service Manager. The position will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the HR services team indirectly to ensure high quality service for internal customers.
仕事内容
An exciting energy and automation solutions organisation is searching for an HR Service Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Support the team's professional development
* Drive the delivery of high-quality and timely services
* Manage HR service delivery procedures
* Work with and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in the business
* Take part in the local HR council and support HR policy development and decision-making procedures
* Ensure completion of change or transformation projects affecting regional HR services

Requirements:

* 10+ years of HR experience is ideal
* Professional experience in a shared services centre environment
* Experience managing within an HR function
* Experience in a management role for a large complex organisation
* Expertise in local labour laws
* Fluent level English
