A global leading automobile manufacturer is looking to hire a Product Technical Leader. The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers to produce R&D outcomes and drive project success.
仕事内容
A global leading automobile manufacturer is looking to hire a Product Technical Leader.
Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute development strategies in accordance to project management schemes
* Manage designing processes and ensure adherence to budget targets
* Initiate design evaluation
* Act as a point of contact for R&D division and customers
* Identify areas of improvements regarding resources, equipment and investments
* Run R&D activities on a regular basis



Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above
* 15+ years of experience in design, development and drawing creation with a product manufacturing company
* Ability to calculate theoretical values or use finite element methods
* Negotiation skills
* Familiarity with product design is preferred
* Native level Japanese; English proficiency (TOEIC 650+ or equivalent)
