•Work with Commercial team to grow the business by formulating appropriate financial strategies and plans
•Coordinate with Commercial team to create strategic planning, annual budgeting and quarterly projection for the business unit in charge
•Effectively communicate financial performance to Commercial team to ensure it is on target
•Identify the root causes of the variances between actuals and forecast, and propose the recommendations
•Collaborate with Commercial team to seek out new opportunities and support to drive the rollout of the initiatives
•Provide detailed information for sales, gross margin, expense, and other investments to ensure that they are on target
•Enhance and optimize the processes involving planning and managerial reporting
•Collaborate with Accounting team in the implementation of accounting guidelines and policies to ensure that they are adhered to within Commercial team
•Maintain data integrity and audit key transactional data

•5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, or a related highly-analytic field
•Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload
•Ability to deal with ambiguity
•Ability to build trust and influence business partners
•CPA preferred
