An international machine manufacturer is in need of an HR Manager.Responsibilities:
* Define HR mission and targets
* Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategy
* Create resource planning strategy
* Manage the implementation of HR procedures, guidelines, and initiatives
* Assess and optimise organisational and employee capabilities
* Control the HR budget and competitive salary rates
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in business, HR, or related discipline
* 5+ years of multi-functional team management experience
* Understanding of local labour, social insurance, tax, and related legislation
* Strong negotiation skills
* Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, etc.)
* Fluent level Japanese and English (written and spoken)
