CFOの下でFP&Aの実務をこなしながら、まだ整備されていない環境で一からプロセス構築を担っていただきます。Planning & Analysis；
プレイイングマネージャー的な存在としてチームをリードしていただきます。
• valuate and validate financial implications for any activities involving monetary
impact
• facilitate planning and approval process respecting processes set locally and by
the HQ
• develop a business case with project leads and propose it to the company
managements
• analyze both financials and KPI to enhance business controlling
Budget Control；
• monitor actual vs budget/forecast and identify risks and opportunities in a timely
manner
• make a proposal with budget owners about re-investment for opportunities and
corrective actions for risks
• take the lead to manage to achieve EBITDA expected
Reporting；
• responsible for the package (Actual and Plan) to the HQ following the group
schedule and guideline
• distribute FP&A/Controlling Reports regularly to those concerned
• model a new report as needs arise
Process and Tools Development；
• develop and improve processes and tools relating to Controlling

• 3-5 year FP&A/Controlling experience
• high communication and understanding ability, both in Japanese and English
• business acumen and entrepreneurship
• strong analytical skill
• facilitation and project management (cross-functional) experience
• self-starter and autonomy
• down-to-earth
• proactive with speediness
