An exciting consumer goods company is searching for a Call Centre Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop call centre reports and assess data to identify process optimisation opportunities
* Oversee staff to ensure high service quality
* Handle operator inquiries and support operators as needed
* Define call centre budgets and KPIs
* Manage external call centre operations
* Lead the hiring, training, and mentoring of team members
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 7+ years of people management experience
* Computer and phone proficiency
* Strong IT skills
* CRM implementation experience is a plus
* English proficiency (TOEIC 700+)
