An international IT services organisation is searching for a Customer Success Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage 3+ key accounts
* Develop strong business relationships with senior and executive level leaders
* Create strategies and business cases to support investment in company services
* Track customer health KPIs and data
* Find points of optimisation within the customer experience
* Submit executive reports to project stakeholders
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 12+ years of relevant experience
* 7+ years of experience in a customer success position is ideal
* 5+ years of experience in the customer success industry is a plus
* Project management expertise
* Ability and willingness to travel
